Matthew S. McConnell and Ashley Hirano of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton have stepped in to represent Aevex Aerospace and Merlin Global Services in a pending lawsuit over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The case was filed May 20 in California Southern District Court by Parmet on behalf of hourly paid drone mechanics employed by the defendants.
