Tyson & Mendes announced that it promoted three of its California attorneys to the firm’s partnership. In San Francisco, the firm promoted general liability, construction litigation and premises liability attorneys Candice Hamant and Allison Lawrence. In San Diego, the firm promoted David Ramirez, who focuses on general liability, commercial and residential construction, and insurance litigation.

Los Angeles-based Tana Ryan is now a partner in Latham & Watkins’ corporate department. She will represent private equity funds and public and private companies from her position as a member of the firm’s private equity and mergers and acquisitions practices. She was previously with Kirkland & Ellis.
