Jayne, who stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has brought in Evan Borges, a partner at Greenberg Gross, who filed a motion to boot Ronald Richards from serving as the Girardi Keese bankruptcy trustee's special litigation counsel. Borges cited "false and inflammatory social media posts" by Richards, who is seeking documents from Jayne's accountant, landlord and divorce attorney.

Erika Girardi, the estranged wife of beleaguered plaintiffs lawyer Tom Girardi, has brought in a new lawyer after a bankruptcy trustee's special litigation counsel began filing motions against her accountant, landlord and divorce attorney.
Evan Borges, a partner at Greenberg Gross in Costa Mesa, California, filed an appearance Thursday to represent Girardi, known professionally as Erika Jayne, who stars on Bravo TV's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." He immediately filed a motion to reconsider the appointment of Ronald Richards, a Beverly Hills attorney who is pursuing allegations that Jayne received at least $20 million from her estranged husband, now facing a criminal investigation and disbarment for taking millions of dollars in client settlement funds.
