Latham & Watkins partners Matthew Rawlinson and Hilary H. Mattis and associate Daniel Robert Gherardi have entered appearances for gaming platform Skillz and individual defendants in a pending securities lawsuit. The case, filed June 17 in California Northern District Court by Pomerantz LLP and Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, centers on representations made to investors in connection with Skillz 2020 merger with a special purpose acquisition company.
