Baker & Hostetler has hired away McGuireWoods’ class actions co-head Bethany Lukitsch as corporate spend on class action defense rises.

Lukitsch joins Baker & Hostetler’s Los Angeles office to co-head the firm’s class actions practice alongside Orlando-based partner Julie Singer Brady. She had previously spent nearly 23 years at McGuireWoods and, in addition to leading her former firm’s class actions practice, led the firm’s data and privacy subgroup.
