Casserly of the San Diego County Superior Court as mediators, arbitrators and private judges. Tarle handles business/contractual, construction defect, personal injury, professional negligence and real property disputes out of Judicate West's Los Angeles office. Casserly will be based in San Diego and handle wrongful death, business/contractual, employment, insurance coverage/bad faith, medical negligence, probate and real property disputes.

The complaint alleges that had Sunrun informed the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection that the plaintiff's employment had ended in 2017 and that he no longer held Sunrun's home improvement contractor license, he would not have been hit with charges, which were dismissed in May 2024.
