Ignacio E. Salceda of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has entered an appearance for cloud computing company Nutanix Inc., CEO Dheeraj Pandey and CFO Duston M. Williams in a pending securities class action. The complaint, for alleged misrepresentations intended to conceal Nutanix’s declining sales revenue, was filed May 28 in California Northern District Court by Levi & Korsinsky. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria, is 3:21-cv-04080, John P. Norton, on behalf of the Norton Family Living Trust UAD 11/15/2002 v. Nutanix Inc. et al.
