Ignacio E. Salceda of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has entered an appearance for cloud computing company Nutanix Inc., CEO Dheeraj Pandey and CFO Duston M. Williams in a pending securities class action. The complaint, for alleged misrepresentations intended to conceal Nutanix's declining sales revenue, was filed May 28 in California Northern District Court by Levi & Korsinsky.
