Lawyers at Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro on Friday removed a civil rights lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Probation Department, Crittenton Services for Children and Families Group Home and other defendants to California Central District Court. The suit, filed by the Law Offices of Justin H. King on behalf of Dominque Anderson and other plaintiffs, contends that certain probation officers have engaged in sexual activity with minor probationers. The case is 2:21-cv-05966, Anderson et al v. County Of Los Angeles et al.
