American Honda Motor Company, a North American subsidiary of Japan’s Honda Motor Company, was hit with a consumer class action Wednesday in California Northern District Court. The court case, brought by Kaplan Fox & Kilsheimer and Kuzyk Law, contends that 2017-19 Honda CR-Vs and 2016-19 Honda Accords have defective batteries. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-05808, Raynaldo v. American Honda Motor Co., Inc.
