Counsel at Littler Mendelson on Tuesday removed an employment discrimination lawsuit against Bloomberg, Bloomberg BNA, Michael Bloomberg and other defendants to California Central District Court. The complaint, filed by the Law Office of Victor L. George, pursues gender bias claims on behalf of Heather Krantz, a former Bloomberg Law account executive who contends that she was paid less than male colleagues and passed over for promotion after revealing her pregnancy. The case is 2:21-cv-06275, Krantz v. Bloomberg LP et al.
