The case, filed by Scott Cole & Associates, accuses the defendants of failing to safeguard personally identifiable information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-06146, Mendoza v. NEC Networks, LLC d/b/a CaptureRX et al.
