The Center for Environmental Health, the Sierra Club and the Center for Biological Diversity sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Wednesday in California Northern District Court alleging violations of environmental protection laws. The lawsuit alleges that the EPA has failed to protect people, ecosystems, and wildlife from exposure to sulfur oxides. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:21-cv-06166, Center for Environmental Health et al. v. Regan.
