Arnold & Porter partner Ryan M. Nishimoto has entered an appearance for Samsung Electronics in a pending patent lawsuit over the ‘Car Mode’ feature in its Galaxy phones. The complaint was filed July 16 in California Northern District Court by Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy and Law Office of Paul W. Reidl on behalf of TJTM Technologies LLC. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Spero, is 4:21-cv-05500, TJTM Technologies, LLC v. Samsung Electronics America, Inc.
