Keker, Van Nest & Peters and attorneys from a gun violence prevention nonprofit have partnered with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office to sue three California-based manufacturers of so-called ghost guns.

In a civil lawsuit filed Monday in San Francisco County Superior Court, Keker, the DA’s office and Giffords Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence claim Blackhawk Manufacturing Group Inc., GS Performance and MDX Corp. violate federal and state laws regulating the manufacturing and sale of firearms and deceive consumers of ghost guns.
