Technology companies are maturing and, in turn, fueling massive demand for capital markets and other transactions work.
O’Melveny & Myers has noticed, adding four partners to its technology practice in California since the start of 2021. Most recently, the firm said Tuesday that Simpson Thacher & Bartlett counsel E. Ryan Coombs has joined the firm as a partner in San Francisco.
