Alexandra C. Aurisch of Winston & Strawn has entered an appearance for J.M. Smucker in a pending class action over the labeling on its Smucker's Peanut Butter & Strawberry Uncrustables Sandwiches. The suit, filed Aug. 20 in California Northern District Court by Gutride Safier, contends that the product does not contain as much protein as advertised.
