PVH, the parent company for clothing brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, was hit with a consumer class action Tuesday in California Southern District Court. The suit, filed by Carlson Lynch, accuses the company of marketing fictitious price reductions for its products. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-01690, Fallenstein v. PVH Corp. et al.
