Greenberg Traurig added shareholders specializing in intellectual property and environmental law. Brian Kelly has joined the firm’s intellectual property and technology and entertainment practices in the Los Angeles office from Manatt, Phelps & Phillips. Kelly focuses on product marketing and licensing strategies; structuring, negotiating and documenting technology-based transactions; and negotiating outsourcing and other complex business relationships. He handles transactions health care and financial services to entertainment and digital media, retail, consumer products, distribution, government and telecommunications.

Hazel Ocampo joined Greenberg Traurig‘s environmental practice, where she will handle environmental, natural resource and land use matters. Ocampo, who was previously an attorney with Allen Matkins, will be based in the firm’s Orange County and Los Angeles offices. Ocampo steers clients through federal, state and local regulations and defends companies in governmental enforcement actions.
