Counsel at Best Best & Krieger on Friday removed a civil rights lawsuit against the County of Shasta and narcotics task force agent Tyler Finch to California Eastern District Court. The complaint was filed by attorney Samuel C. Williams on behalf of Seing Chao, who accuses Finch of conducting illegal aerial searches of her real property for marijuana. The case is 2:21-cv-01819, Chao v. County of Shasta et al.
