A proposed class action lawsuit has been filed against a Texas-based oil company for a massive spill in the ocean off California that’s polluting coastal Orange County.

Alex Straus and Blake Hunter Yagman of Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman are seeking damages, cleanup costs, medical monitoring and an injunction on behalf of a proposed class of “all natural persons and/or business[es] who have been harmed as a result of the Elly oil rig oil spill/breach that occurred on or about October 1, 2021.”
