Morrison & Foerster has brought on ex-U.S. Attorney Adam Braverman, as the firm looks to continue to build its investigations and white-collar defense group to meet client demand.

Braverman, who joins the firm’s San Diego office, has served as an associate deputy attorney general in multiple administrations. Since 2019, he has advised three deputy attorneys general on litigation and policy matters. He was also designated by the deputy attorney general to coordinate the department’s efforts to investigate and prosecute fraud related to COVID-19 and CARES Act relief funds, the firm said.
