Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison has upped its commitment to ESG with a first-ever institute that aims to generate research and thought leadership informed by real-world legal experiences.

The ESG and Law Institute launched last week in partnership with UC Berkeley School of Law’s Business in Society Institute. It’s the latest sign of Big Law’s foray into tackling environmental, social and governance matters that present some of the biggest threats and opportunities in big business today.
