IP litigation veteran Matthias Kamber has left Keker Van Nest & Peters to join Paul Hastings. He will be based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Kamber has spent the last 17 years at Keker. He was at ground zero in the smartphone wars as part of Google LLC’s winning trial teams against Oracle Corp. and for HTC in International Trade Commission litigation with Apple. More recently he’s represented Netflix Inc. in a sprawling dispute with Broadcom Inc. over content delivery patents and Comcast Cable Communications LLC in a fight over voice control technology..
