Senior executives with ExamSoft, the company whose software resulted in widespread technical problems on the July 2021 bar exam, told California bar leaders on Friday that they’ve fixed the glitches that affected thousands of test-takers.

Company officials also said they “significantly increased their staff” since the October 2020 exam to address complaints that some applicants waited hours to reach ExamSoft representatives for technical help.
