As Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton looks to strengthen its private equity practice, the firm has added two transactional tax partners on both coasts.

The firm announced Monday it’s adding former Kirkland & Ellis partner Josh McLane to its Orange County office and former Greenberg Traurig shareholder Niya Tang to its roster in New York. Sheppard Mullin has now brought on 20 lateral partners in 2021, according to the firm.
