Counsel at Littler Mendelson on Tuesday removed an employment lawsuit against Target to California Eastern District Court. The suit was filed by Levin & Nalbandyan on behalf of a former freight receiver who contends that he was unlawfully terminated after seeking extended medical leave due to the risk of COVID-19. The case is 1:21-cv-01581, Crofton v. Target Corporation.
