A lawsuit newly moved to federal court blames Morrison & Foerster and client Recology Inc. for the death of a Recology accountant who killed himself after being privately accused in a broad public corruption scandal.

The family of Adam Tabak says he committed no wrongdoing but was so distraught by the allegations and the way they were presented that he suffered a psychological break and died by suicide a month later.
