Munger, Tolles & Olson and in-house counsel for the University of California removed a civil rights lawsuit against the university to California Central District Court on Monday. The suit was filed by Hathaway Parker law firm on behalf of an anonymous plaintiff who alleges that he was denied due process in an investigation under the school's Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Policy. The case is 8:21-cv-01807, Doe v. Regents of the University of California et al.
