Lawyers at Winston & Strawn on Tuesday removed a data breach class action against Volkswagen Group of America, Audi of America and other defendants to California Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Righetti Glugoski P.C., arises from a massive data breach affecting over 3 million Volkswagen customers. The case is 3:21-cv-08518, Wynne v. Audi of America et al.
