After months of fraud accusations tied to her husband Tom Girardi’s law firm, Erika Girardi is fighting back, insisting that one of her primary accusers is using an “unethical, unenforceable, and illegal fee-sharing agreement” to pursue claims against her.

Edelson launched allegations of embezzlement against Tom Girardi and his law firm, Girardi Keese, in a Dec. 2 lawsuit that also named two former firm partners and Erika Girardi, who stars on the reality TV show “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.” Based in Chicago, the firm was co-counsel with Girardi Keese on lawsuits against Boeing over the 2018 crash of Lion Air Flight 610 in Indonesia.
