Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton filed a trademark and copyright infringement lawsuit Wednesday in California Central District Court on behalf of clothing company Patagonia. The complaint targets online seller Julius Charles Heftler for allegedly selling 'Percocet' apparel which mimics Patagonia's logo and signature font. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:21-cv-08678, Patagonia, Inc. v. Heftler.
