Murchison & Cumming filed a trade secret lawsuit Thursday in California Southern District Court on behalf of Doctor Multimedia. The complaint accuses former Doctor employee Troy Leonard and Digital Healthcare of misappropriating proprietary information, including client lists. The suit also accuses Leonard of sexually harassing Doctor employees before his departure, as well as purposefully damaging a company vehicle before returning it. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-01874, Gopher Media LLC v. Leonard et al.
