Merchant & Gould filed a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in California Central District Court on behalf of Splash Medical Devices LLC. The suit, targeting ZeroWet Inc., centers around two patents related to the plaintiff's SplashCap, a wound irrigation shield. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
