Disney Parks was hit with a consumer class action Wednesday in California Central District Court over the Disneyland Resort Magic Key program, which purports to allow customers to attend Disney theme parks at no additional charge for one year. The suit, brought by Ventura Hersey & Muller, accuses Disney of excessively restricting the actual days theme park reservations are available to Magic Key holders. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 8:21-cv-02055, Nielsen v. Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. et al.
