Attorneys at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher on Tuesday removed a class action lawsuit against Amazon.com to California Central District Court. The suit, filed by the Nourmand Law Firm, accuses Amazon of requiring the class to wait in line for COVID-19 temperature checks prior to the start of their shift and not compensating them for this time. The case is in 2:21-cv-09956, Barrera v. Amazon.com Services LLC.
