Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is tag-teaming antitrust claims against Live Nation Entertainment Inc. and Ticketmaster with Chicago-based plaintiffs firm Keller Lenkner after similar claims were routed to arbitration in September.

The new suit pushes back against arbitration platforms and procedures that have formed following mass arbitration efforts—some of which were levied by Keller Lenkner—that organize thousands of consumers or employees bound by arbitration agreements to file similar claims en masse, sometimes strapping companies with an onslaught of arbitration filing fees.
