United Airlines was hit with a civil rights lawsuit Wednesday in California Eastern District Court over alleged violations of the Air Carrier Access Act. The lawsuit, which was filed by the Law Offices of Mark A. Thiel on behalf of Edward Canales and Susan Bilbo Canales, accuses United Airlines of discriminating against disabled passengers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00042, Canales, et al v. United Airlines, Inc.
