Consumer good manufacturer Church & Dwight Co. was hit with a class action Wednesday in California Eastern District Court over its Zicam Pre-Cold treatments. The lawsuit, brought by Bursor & Fisher, alleges that the defendant falsely claims that its products reduce the duration of the common cold. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:22-cv-00044, Vance v. Church & Dwight Co., Inc.
