LinkedIn, the professional social networking site, was slapped with an antitrust lawsuit Thursday in California Northern District Court. The suit accuses LinkedIn and Facebook of agreeing not to compete in the professional social networking market, allowing LinkedIn to inflate subscription prices. The court action was filed by Bathaee Dunne LLP on behalf of LinkedIn Premium subscribers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00237, Crowder et al v. LinkedIn Corporation.
