Sidley Austin removed an employment discrimination class action against Liberty Mutual Insurance Group Wednesday in California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Clapp & Lauinger on behalf of employees seeking reimbursement for business expenses incurred while working remotely amid COVID-19. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00216, Charalambous et al v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Company et al.
