Munger, Tolles & Olson has seen eight partner departures since October, as Big Law competitors feed an insatiable appetite for litigators.
While the Los Angeles-based litigation firm has lost all of these partners to full-service Am Law 50 firms—such as a five-partner team that decamped to Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in October—firm leadership is bullish that its methodical, democratic approach to running a law firm will continue to fuel growth that is in the best interest of its clients.
