Counsel at Greenberg Traurig on Wednesday removed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Access Bio over the production of COVID-19 rapid tests to California Central District Court. The complaint, filed by Hueston Hennigan on behalf of Intrivo Diagnostics, accuses Access of failing to meet its production obligations, shipping only 21.6 million tests when it was supposed to ship over 53 million. The case is 2:22-cv-00370, Intrivo Diagnostics, Inc. v. Access Bio, Inc.
