States Appeal Judge's Dismissal of Antitrust Lawsuit Against Facebook
A coalition of state attorneys general is appealing the dismissal of an antitrust lawsuit against Meta, formerly known as Facebook.
In a brief filed Jan. 14 with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the states argue U.S. District Judge James Boasberg erred in dismissing the lawsuit.
