Counsel at Musick, Peeler & Garrett on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against RSUI Indemnity Co. to California Northern District Court. The suit seeks over $67 million for settlement and attorneys' fees per underlying litigation against plaintiff Academy of Art University. The complaint was filed by Gilbert LLP and other attorneys. The case is 3:22-cv-00507, Stephens Institute v. RSUI Indemnity Company.
