Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America allegedly owes a contractor more than $65 million in fees as a result of a mistake in the calculation of payments over the last 25 years, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

Attorneys from Foley & Lardner represent LifeCare Assurance Co., a life insurance administration services provider based in Woodland Hills, California, in the contract dispute between the companies that have worked together for the last 31 years.
