Lawyers at Sheppard Mullin on Monday removed a consumer class action against Patagonia Inc. and Lost Coast Outfitters to California Central District Court. The suit, filed by Kazerouni Law Group, alleges that the Patagonia's Women's Tropic Comfort Hoody and similar apparel products do not provide protection from sun rays as advertised. The case is 8:22-cv-00195, Aleisa v. Patagonia, Inc. et al.
