Bursor & Fisher filed an automotive insurance class action Monday in California Southern District Court against 21st Century Insurance Co. The complaint accuses 21st of unjustly profiting by charging policyholders full premiums amid a general decrease in driving and related accidents due to COVID-19 stay-at-home measures. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00179, Odden v. 21st Century Insurance Co.
