Lawyers at Munger, Tolles & Olson on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against Wells Fargo to California Northern District Court. The suit was filed by the Dolan Law Firm on behalf of John Sotoodeh, who alleges he was wrongfully terminated for reporting flawed incentive plans and risk controls that led to unlawful conduct at Wells Fargo to the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. The case is 4:22-cv-00950, Sotoodeh v. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.
