Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, bolstering its tech transactions talent, said on Monday it added two partners to its employment and corporate practices in Southern California.

Corporate partner Caroline Cherkassky, previously the co-leader of the venture capital and emerging growth practice at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles, joins the firm in Santa Monica. Christina Bouchot, an employment lawyer, comes to the firm after nearly 14 years at Goodwin Procter.
