Davis Polk & Wardwell partner Neal A. Potischman has entered an appearance for Acutus Medical Inc. and its top executive officers in a pending securities class action. The complaint, filed Feb. 15 in California Southern District Court by Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd and Johnson Fistel LLP, accuses the defendants of concealing adverse sales trends for its AcQMap anatomy imaging and mapping system. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Jinsook Ohta, is 3:22-cv-00206, Brown v. Acutus Medical, Inc. et al.
